Love and Peace Concert Set to Hold in Imo

Imo State Based Artists in their reinvention have concluded plans for an event to encourage peace and unity in the state.

The event which is tagged “Love and Peace Concert” beyond its entertainment value will also create an atmosphere where Imolites from different works of life can come together, according to the facilitator Ugo Stevenson popularly known as Nda Chineke.

Ugo Stevensonthe who is also the Chairman National Association of Nigeria Theatre Arts Practitioners (NANTAP said that the Love and Peace Concert is geared geared towards evangelizing the extension of love, compassion and the attitude of peace among Imolites and Nigeria at large.

He added that Love and Peace Concert is a continuation of the corporate social responsibility of Imo State Based Artistes which will be an unforgettable experience where everyone is expected to gather and share love and peace.

The concert which will be graced by a whole lot of Imo State based musicians, comedians, poets, dramatists, on air personalities and celebrities performing for four hours of unstoppable joy, will commence by 2;00pm and end by 6;00pm on September 25, 2022 at City Chef opposite Rock view hotel Owerri Imo state.

Ugo Stevenson further expressed a great delight in receiving support form professional media associations, such as the INPA, Association of Imo Radio and Television Presenters AIR-TP, Imo State Bloggers Association and to the publisher of the Daily.

“We have hosted CAPLEG, Celebrating Art Patrons and Legends, CAPA, Celebrating Art Patrons and Ambassadors, Smile Heartland Concert and all in appreciation to media practitioners in the state” he said

He further stated that Imo State needs her sanity now than ever of which the voice of the artist is the greatest tool and also appealing for the support of the state government and other corporate organizations to actualize the big dream.
