To boost economic activities in Nwangele Local Government Area of Imo State, government has commenced the construction of Amuzi-Umuoparadim road.

The 2.4km which was captured in the Governor’s promise during the 5th Imo Stakeholders meeting on January 3, 2022, will further cement the effort of the state government in the infrastructural development across rural areas for proper distribution of the dividends of Democracy to the grassroot level.

The government also added that the road construction will also accelerate development in the area,

“It’s a promise made and kept as the Imo State Government under His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma has commenced work on the construction of 2.4km Amuzi-Umuoparadim road in Nwangele LGA, Imo State”

“This would enable more economic players especially farmers to transport their produce to the urban areas for maximum benefits. In addition, the easy access across Amuzi, Dim na Nume to Neighbouring Communities such As Umunaba-Isu, Abajah and Umuozu Communities would definitely bolster economic activities in the area”, a government source says.
