The Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom has condoled with the Founder/Chairman of Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, over the death of his younger brother, Sani Dangote.

In a statement issued on Tuesday by his Chief Press Secretary, Nathaniel Ikyur, the governor lamented that the death of the businessman is a big loss not just to the family but the entire nation.

DAILY POST reports that Sani was until his death in the United States of America on Sunday, the Vice President of the Dangote Group.

According to the statement, Governor Ortom joined the family, friends and associates of Dangote in mourning their son.

The governor noted that the deceased had over the years, shown great leadership attributes and is a stabiliser in the many successes the family recorded in the business space because of his dedication.

He prayed to the Almighty God to grant him eternal rest and give the family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
