In a passionate post on Facebook, Paulcy Nnamdi Iwuala has narrated how he aided patients in Federal Medical Center Owerri and Umezurike Hospital to clear their hospital bills.

The humanitarian project which was carried out under Genius Eyes International Foundation For The Hopeless saw medical bills cleared with road-sweepers also getting foodstuffs.

In the Facebook post, he said; “Humanity is lost in this part of the world we are bare bottle caps trying to make an impact, this country of ours would have done more, we deserve more we are really blessed”

Paulcy Nnamdi Iwuala who thanked his anonymous friends for donating for the project said that after paying hospital bills to the tune of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N150,000) he proceeded to provide 100 pieces of 4kg bags of rice which was shared among women who sweep the road every morning.

Speaking to OtownGist, he said that it is quite sad for a society like Nigeria to have a lot of people who cannot take care of themselves.

“It is so sad, but we have to do our best to see how we can make the world a better place”

“I really appreciate everyone who has been supporting our projects. It gives me joy to see that I can help and that I can give hope to people who need it no matter how little.” He said.
