How PDP Reacted To Killing Of Unarmed Civilians In Imo

As a mark of respect for urarmed civilians killed by security operatives in the past few days in Imo State, the Peoples Democratic Party,PDP, has declared that it will fly it’s flag at half mast.

A statement signed by the State party Chairman, Engr. Charles Ugwu stated that “the South East Zonal Executive Commitee of our party have directed that party flags in Imo State, at our party headquaters, LGA and ward offices should be flown at half mast with effect from 8th May, 2021, for one week.

“This is a mark of respect for our citizens and compatriots who have been killed in the unfortunate crisis and events currently disturbing the peace and security of Imo State and in Nigeria in general” the statement stated.
