As part of his plans to change the face of entertainment in Imo State, the Special Adviser on Entertainment to the Governor, Hon. Bobby Uchechukwu Michaels has appointed a firm that will handle entertainment legal issues in the state.
Hon. Bobby Michaels said the appointment seemed necessary as he works towards bringing entertainment in the state to a global level.
He said that having accessed the services of the firm and the members of their team, he believes Legal Mix have what it takes in helping his radical reconstruction programmes in the entertainment industry of the state.
“I believe Legal Mix will have a lot to offer us and one thing that has always been my goal is to take Imo State to the world”
“I will stop at nothing in implementing the visions of Gov. Hope Uzodinma in the entertainment sector of the state. He wants the industry to change; he wants everyone to be better and that is what the shared prosperity government is all about”
Speaking to www.otowngist.com after signing of the deal, the head of Legal Mix, Barr. C. E. Okunamiri thanked Hon. Michaels for believing in them, adding that the deal is a revolutionary move designed to for the benefit of entertainers in the state, irrespective of what they are doing.
He revealed that beyond the normal legal entertainment services, talent management and enlightenment programme his firm offers, they have a lot of programmes that will help the SA on entertainment in achieving his goals.
“Legal Mix will help entertainers on negotiation or re-negotiation of contracts, protecting intellectual property etc. Our artiste management curriculum will transform an indigenous into world class celebrities using social media, other strategies and technologies to project them to the world”
“We have ‘The Industry Backdoor’ which is a programme w have designed to used most of our services to give entertainers in the state a quick lift to stardom. We have more to unveil and in no distant time, they will start reaping the dividends of this strategic hard work we are putting down for them” Barr. Okunamiri said as he braces up to work as the legal consultant to the office of the Special Adviser on Entertainment to Imo State Governor.
