The governor of Abia State, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, has relieved the Commissioner for Transport, Barr Ekele Nwaohammuo of his appointment.
Ikpeazu equally relieved the Transition Committee Chairman of Umuneochi LGA, Engr. Mathew Ibe of his appointment.
The Chief of Staff of the governor, Dr. A.C.B. Agbazuere disclosed this in a statement he issued on Sunday and availed Daily Nigeria Horn.
According to the statement, the General Manager of Traffic and Indiscipline Management Agency of Abia State (TIMAAS); the Transition Committee chairman of Abia South Local Government Area and the transition Committee chairman of Abia North Local Government Area were suspended
Ikpeazu likewise approved the appointment of Tony Nwanmuo and Godswill Nwonoruo as Commissioner nominees while Barr. Ezechikamnayo as Transition Committee chairman nominee for Umuneochi Local Government Area.
