Edo APC primaries: Ihim Commends Uzodimma’s commitment to transparency

Immediate past Speaker, Imo State House of Assembly, Rt Hon (Dr) Acho Ihim has lauded the Committee Chairman of the just-concluded All Progressives Congress, APC, Governorship Primaries in Edo State, Gov Hope Uzodinma for his commitment to probity and transparency.

Ihim, frontline and favoured contestant for the forthcoming Okigwe zone senatorial bye election who spoke through his Chief Press Secretary, Ilochonwu Bennett scored the Uzodinma-led committee high for conducting a rancour-free party primaries which created zero chance for bias, grudges and complaints.

He affirmed that the exercise which produced Pastor Ize-Iyamu as the consensus and substantive Governorship Candidate of the APC in the September guber election in Edo State was a true reflection of Gov Uzodinma’s penchant for patriotism, fairness and service excellence.

Governor Uzodinma has etched his name in gold by setting a solid and sustainable electoral standard that will further deepen our nations democratic process, he submitted.


Furthermore, he described Gov Uzodinma as a practical and proactive kindhearted politician and ascribed his excellent delivery of the Edo primaries to his wealth of political experience and gave him thumbs up as an unrepentant protagonist for equity, fairness and justice.
