Trade Nigeria has revealed that Nigerian top business owners like Aliko Dangote, Femi Otedola and Tony Elumelu will be speakers at the Nigeria – Korea Economic Forum scheduled for December 2019.

They also revealed that the event previously scheduled for December 5 to 12, 2019, will now be taking place from December 20 to 25, 2019, adding that the change of date is to ensure that the goals of the event are achieved.

The Chief Executive Officer of Trade Nigeria, Hon. Nwabueze Buchi George said the change was made by the Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Otunba Niyi Adebayo to put more things in place for “the movement that will drive more investment to the country”

Buchi George said, “The change of date has made the event bigger and better. We are really sorry for the inconveniences this would cause, we  believe it is all for the best.

“We now have Africa’s foremost investors of Nigerian extraction Aliko Dangote, Tony Elumelu and Femi Otedola as speakers at the event and this will simply speak of the quality we are looking at and we really appreciate every great efforts made by the Honourable Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment; Office of The Secretary to the Government of the Federation Abuja and Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA)”

Nigeria – Korea Economic Forum is geared at boosting trade relationship between both countries, it is part of the Nigeria – Asia Business and Economic Forum with more coming up in 2020 in other countries.

Other parts of the Nigeria – Asia Business and Economic Forum will be in China – February 17 to 28, 2020; Japan – April 23 to 30, 2020; Vietnam – June 25 – 30, 2020 and Taiwan – July 26 to 29, 2020.
