All Progressives Congress (APC) faithful in Orlu Local Government Area of Imo State that were solidly in support of the APC state standard bearer, Senator Hope Uzodinma, during the guber election but were dismayed by the way his directives were distorted, have congregated under the aegis “Integrity- 4-Hope” and held series of meetings.

This emerging group of APC loyalists that yearn for “positive change” and led by the former Orlu LGA Transition Chairman, Hon. Obinna Onyeocha (Onowu) and supported by Lady, Nneoma Ifeoma Ndukwe, Hon.Engr.Stanley Nwosu (Ochinanwata), Dr.Enyinnia, Chief Mike Igbokwe, Chief Ikpa, Chief Nnabuife (Mkpuruonyekuru) and others, met on Sunday at Nafanna Rentals’ Orlu country home to strategize on how best to identify with Sen.Uzodinma in the pursuit of his gubernatorial mandate at the tribunal.

Addressing the audience, Onowu appreciated them thus: “We are all welcome to this august meeting. We have come a long way since the governorship election which we did not like how Onwa’s message to us was handled. Since our findings showed that there was underland dealings, those with conscience have decided to form this Integrity Group for Hope and disassociate ourselves from those that betrayed the trust reposed on them.

“Before now we have Integrity for Hope Caps to identify our members but today , I’m happy to announce that the first bundle of our uniform has arrived and will be shared at the end of the meeting. It will be made avalaible for all members. But those lucky to receive it today, please ensure to sow and put it on during our outings.

Finally, I urge ward leaders to go to your respective wards and enlist men and women of integrity into our fold”, Onowu concluded.

After boasting the moral of members with message of solidarity by Nneoma Ndukwu, the cloth for the uniform were shared as members were sumptuously entertained amidst financial donations from members for the uniform and buses that would convey members to the Election Petition Tribunal sittings in Owerri.
