Ace comedian and event compere Broda Bossman DaGod MC has released a star studded list of gospel musicians and comedian for his ‘Kingdom Groove’ concert billed for May 1, 2019.
The event tagged ‘Just Laff’ has this year’s edition named ‘Victory Concert’ with the likes of ace gospel singer Samsong billed to minister at the event.
Speaking to www.otowngist.com, Bossman said the event is one way they bring healthy comedy to the Christian community and one way they ensure that comedians who are children of God can ply their trade and be successful.
“Comedy especially is often seen as a display of vulgarity and I don’t think it should be so. The concert is simply a platform for Christian Comedians to showcase what they have. We have always achieved topnotch success in all editions and we expect the same this year”, he said.
Comedians listed for the event are Prince White, Kasboi, Preye, Henry Smiles, MC De Priest, Son of Man, MC Duke, Don Jay, Last Prophet, Jamiel Pajoel amongst others, while musicians are Samsung, Sax Priest, Victoria, Uche Push and Prince.
The event billed for May 1, 2019 at the Art Nouveau Event Center, Concorde Junction, Port Harcourt Road Owerri, Imo State, will be kicking off by 1:00PM with Red carpet, while the main event starts by 2:00PM
