MC T’Boy has done well in the previous editions of his famous comedy concert ‘Jollof Jokes’ and just yesterday, he released the poster on instagram to show fans what they would be expecting at the event which is scheduled for June 1, 2018 at the Ridge Event Center Owerri.
Last year the event featured over 20 comedians and artistes on the poster and so far there is yet to be a female on the poster of the event and it would worry many as there are still female comedians and musicians in Imo State good enough for that poster.
This year, the poster which would be seen as temporary will also have the same flaw and while many would be expecting to see the likes Anoda Mirakle, Vivada, Chasis P or Floxy on it, it turned out to be another ‘Boys Brigade’ affair where 16 males who include comedians and musicians where listed without a single female.
Mc T’Boy ‘biko’ help the female comedians and artistes na. They too deserve the headline even if it is one or two of them.
It is a thing of note that the Jollof Jokes Comedy Concert has grown to become the number one comedy and music concert in Imo State and people are always looking forward to the annual event which had its tickets sold out last year.
