Maxwell ibemesi popularly known as Runz is a fast rising Nigerian rapper and a native of Akwuzu in Oyi local government area of Anambra.
Runz started as a rapper at an early age after listening to the likes of Nigga Raw and Mc Loph.
But it was not until he finished from the same secondary school attended by one of his mentors, Timaya, Nkpolu SecondaryI school that he decided to take the big step in his career as he started developing his rap skills.

He got signed to DownTown Management 2018, which as proved to be a career booster so far.
