Comedian MC Tboy will be in the shop for an alternative venue for his June 2, Jollof Jokes Concert billed for Imo International Convention Center, IICC Owerri because of ongoing renovation work.
The magnificent conference center which has seen its value reduce because of the dilapidation of certain facilities in it, is seen as one of the prides of the present Imo State government and they are doing everything possible to bring it back to its former glory.
So far, MC Tboy has taken to Facebook to ask fans and friends to choose between Cubana (1500 capacity) and Imo Trade and Investment Center (6000 capacity). Should the renovation work not end before June 2, 2017, he will certainly be using an alternative venue for the event.
Every other element of the concert has remained constant, with the venue seeming to be the only variable.
Clind D Drunk will be leading the likes of Egbeigwe Apama, Ominimini, Broda BossMan, BananaMouth, Lafin Gas, rinceWhite, 2CanTok, Ambassador Wahala, Kelvin Sapp, Frank D’Don, Arinze Baba, Prince Neche, Young Chief, Mc Mr Mouth,, P, British Pastors, Sunny Mez Higher, Good Guy and I Go Tuk on the list of comedians, while Ruff Coin, Slow Dog, Hype Mc, XBusta, F2, Acharaman, U Gems, Cj Chris, Leo Saint, Blex B, Crown Prince and Rogerlino are all expected to be on the list of artistes performing at the event.
