In what would be seen as a show of both the knowns and the unknowns, the Divas Stage Tour team thrilled the people of Imo State and others present at the Bongo Center Owerri on Friday, November 11, 2016 by exhibiting the level of talent many never believed existed amongst the female folks in the state.

The event which featured Floxy, Donna May, Vivada, Rini Hillz, Nony, Amarulah, Divalil, Kisha, Vasecc, Glitzy, Blossy, Sparks, Cique, Dlove Neche Lady G and Golda C among the artistes also had Ice, Girl Wizzy, Favy, Jenny, Young Meek are among the dancers, while the Integrated Divas dance crew also showed off with a twenty-man group performance.

Comedian ‘Another Miracle’ was the only female Comedian to climb the stage while On-Air-Personality cum actress, Ocheze anchored the event alongside Queenzy leaving the wheels of steel for Dj Alex and Dj Nony.

Speaking after the event packaged by O’town Gistt Media & Entertainment in Partnership with the Office of the SSA to Imo State Governor on Entertainment and Public Affairs, Mr. Chinedu Hardy Nwadike who is the brain behind the project said everything he feels could be summarize in ‘gratitude’.

He said; “I woke up in the morning having plenty ‘this and that’ on mind. Now that event is over, I feel God spelling ‘success’ on my mind”

“I feel very fulfilled that we have achieved this very first kickoff and people who doubted the capabilities of the ladies on stage can now tell their friends that they Divas can hold any stage down no matter where” Hardy added.

He also admitted that there are still rooms for improvement and will do anything possible to see that the girls can raise their games.

“It’s more like entertainment education and the best way to learn is by doing it and learning that you can even get better. The platform is very necessary but the most important thing is for them to have someone who will be sincere to them anytime any day”

He hailed Hon. Chukwunonye Iruno whom through his office took the burden of hosting the event, also appreciating everyone who supported the event in one way or another.

“They are plenty and I can’t mention all names. I want to start with my family who has been everything to me, my friends, the divas and just everyone who loves what we are doing’ he said.
