A second year student of the Imo State Polytechnic, Umuagwo, Chibueze Emmanuel Obioha has been declared missing by his father, Mr. Barnabas Obioha.Obioha, who is an ND II student in the Department of Agricultural Technology, is also a Keke operator who hails from Umukegwu Akokwa Community in Ideato North Local Government Area of Imo State.
According to information made available to the media by his father, Chibueze was last seen on Sunday April 24th, 2016 at Mechanic Workshop from where two men in police uniform chartered his keke to an unknown place.
“Since that day, nothing has been heard of him and his keke with a fleet number, 2400”.
