According to the producer of the programme, Mr Ugochukwu Uba aka Pluto, the event will be reaching out to everyone who has stood by the Otown Magic since it started.
Pluto revealed that the event which is billed for November 30, 2014 at Ideal Suites Owerri was supposed to have taken place in February but because he and others he was working with were not ready for the event, they moved it forward to November.
“We started when Orient TV was transiting and even though it wasn’t so easy to cope with the change, we still moved on, giving people what they really wanted.
People always fail to say thank you, especially to their fans, but we are different. This event will also bring us close to them and maybe we can learn new things that will help us” Pluto said.
He went on to thank God for the wisdom to move on with his co-presenters Easther Iwuagwu, Chioma Opurum, Mc Tooth Pick, Prince White and Nnenna Taribo, thanking everyone who has contributed to the success of the programme especially the management of Orient TV headed by Sister Eee.
Pluto has distinguished himself as one of those who believe in the promotion of local talents in the state and this is evident in the high number of Imo State based entertainers who have featured on the programme which is aired every Monday from 6:30pm to 7:00pm on Orient TV Channel 59 Owerri and on GoTV and CTL.
