Following his recent comment that he has sheath his sword, withdrawing from anything that seemed like war in 2013, Acharaman has been challenged to lead by example and not just speak about truce for publicity sake.

The rapper who called on warring factions in the Imo State entertainment industry to take advantage of the New Year to unite and build the industry, was challenged by a frontline music blogger and CEO of www.247tunes.net, Chikach to perform at the next Star Nite if he meant what he said.
Acharaman and some other artistes in the town were rumoured to have been against the concept of the monthly event organized by Deejay Saquo and Chikach believes that the only way they [all that boycotted the event] could make everyone believe they have changed will be to identify with the event which another set of artistes and stakeholders believe has done more good to the industry.
2014 has seen already seen more shakeup in the state’s industry, more than the entire 2013, following an open letter to O’town artistes posted on www.2shymusic.com and the various counter letters and comments that preceded it.
“It’s not about calling for truce just for publicity sake, people are supposed to see him and others at that level living up to it. 2014 has already seen enough outbursts and it’s better we channel our energy to something better else, we’d end up washing away the achievements of 2013 while fighting for nothing” Chikach said.
