The CEO, www.otowngist.com, Mr Chinedu Hardy Nwadike, has announced that the winner of 2013 edition of Otown Gist Personality of the Year Award, Deejay Saquo will be presented with the award plague at the 10th edition of his monthly event Star Nite.
Hardy congratulated Deejay Saquo for emerging the winner of the online poll with a good number of votes and a good number of headlines which covers the other 30%.
He also regretted every inconvenience anyone experienced during the voting, saying that the next edition will be better.
“We are aware that some of the nominees had issues with the entire voting system; we are also aware of the complaints laid by their friends and fans. This is the maiden edition of this award and we still see many more years ahead.
We will see that the next edition will be better than this.
The entire crew will be forever grateful to all the nominees for participating in the poll and look forward to everyone putting such spirit of sportsmanship into making Imo State a better place for entertainers”
Deejay Saquo’s Star Nite will be holding in the month of December after failing to mark the 10th edition in November.
