The organizing team of Deejay Saquo’s Star Nite has announced that the monthly event which has made a record consistent appearance of nine months will have its tenth edition shifted to December.
According to Deejay Saquo, the event was shifted because of plans to make it bigger and to use the edition to end the year.

The tenth of was tagged ‘All Stars’ and it is believed to have artistes with the best performances in their previous editions with the organizers believe it will be nice to end the year with it.
“There is no better way better to end the year, but with your best. We are aware people are waiting for the event, we are aware artistes have been rehearsing to live up that name, but when certain things happen, you’ll just go with the best option” Deejay Saquo said.
Although another event will be taking place at Valencia Lounge on Friday November 29, 2013, Saquo maintained that Star Nite did not lose its venue to another show.
“The plan to have the event in December has been there. Because of that and other administrative issues which include responses from some artistes, the preparation for this month was somehow delayed.
When we heard of the event on Friday, we took advantage of that to make things better.
We are poised to grooming Star Nite into an event of class and splendor in Nigeria” He added.
He also apologized to fans of the event, artistes and everyone the postponement must have affected, adding that they will make it up in quality.
Had Star Nite held on Friday November 29, 2013, it would have featured H20, LMG, Xbusta, Obidi, DawnTawn, BGM, KozyG alongside Patsy Chizzy and Floxy as the only female artistes that could have rocked the stage for the night.
Others that could have gone on stage are dancers Master Piece, Flipmode & Cypha, Lady P; Comedians Mc Tussah & Chandon, Weeping Pastor and Jonky; DJs DCT, Murda and Wizzy E with Real Playa and Mc-X as anchormen.
So far, no date has been released for the event on December, but it is believed the event will hold before December 20, 2013.
