Gospel singer Mr Kayze has called on his colleagues in the genre to step up to challenge of propagating the word of God through their music.
He called on all who are doing gospel music to do so according to the guidance of the Spirit of God which is supposed to be the one and only source of inspiration for their music.

According to My Kyze who was formally known as Prince Chima Enwurum, artistes have derailed from the path of looking up to the Holy Spirit for inspiration to the path of doing whatever they can to get money from people.
“It is very obvious that an artiste needs money for everything he is doing, but it will never be doubted that if the Holy Spirit inspires a song, it will surely find its way into the heart of many Christians all over the world.
I have a dream that one day, circular music artistes will copy concepts from gospel artistes and not the other way round. We saw songs that were released recently, where gospel artistes copied beats and rhythm of circular songs to make theirs; they sold many copies, but to what end will those songs take us?”
He also called on Christians around the world to beware of what they listen to having it at the back of their mind that the end-time era is here.
Mr Kyze who recently switched from the traditional Igbo gospel music (chain songs), to the contemporary version, is warming up to release his first album in that area and he also plans to release singles from it in no distant time.
