January Birthday roundup with Hardy, Yoppy and E-sure

Birthday roundup has come and will stay as an article that summarizes all the birthday celebrations in town and beyond (as long as we have the permission from the celebrant).
The maiden edition will feature five interesting people and even when there were so many others who celebrated their birthday in January, these were the only people who sent in theirs to www.otowngist.com.

Chinedu Hardy Nwadike, CEO O’town Gist Entertainment, January 2
Hardy as he is popularly known started the year for the town, celebrating his birthday with a live interview at Hot 99.5 FM Owerri, where he got whipped by E-Berry for failing to unscramble his surname ‘Nwadike’. Hardy went on air with Kelly Hansome as well.
It was a fun filled day for the entertainment writer who also released a song ‘Happy Birthday’ featuring Acharaman, De Dukes, LMG, Kozy and Pluto of Orient TV entertainment news the same day. Hardy wrapped it up with a short interview as well as preview of the making of the song Happy Birthday on Orient TV Owerri.
What a way to celebrate birthday, but boss, where is your cake?

Mr and Mrs Uche Nwegbe January 18th and 6th respectively
This couple got married last year, and the sweetest part is that both are January babies. Uche Nwegbe who is the former Secretary of Nigeria Referees Association, Oweri West LGA chapter celebrated on 18th, while Uju his wife celebrated earlier on 6th with an in-house party which had few friends and  family members present.

 Yopy Ryder, Artiste, January 3
He is on the way to winning the biggest birthday bash for the year because no other beat the bash this brother threw at Club 25 Owerri on 6th of January.
Yoppy had his best friends, fellow artistes and top producers in town in the party that rained buzz.

E-Sure, Music Librarian, Hot 99.5 FM Owerri
Sammy Davis the Music Machine termed the event the biggest birthday celebration of an off-air personality he has ever witnessed in the station.
The event which took place at the premises of the station had friends, colleagues and few artistes presents, giving E-Sure one of the best moments he will see this year.
E-sure cut a Manchester United cake, it was not funny for other fans, but a cake is still a cake any way.
