“Once upon a time, when we bin dey start, people been dey talk say we no follow but right now…” Is a little part of the latest lyrics in town as LMG drops the first single of his new era after the release of an online mixtape album December last year, Disinfectant.
The song which was self produced by LMG featured Xcello Maxmello another R&B and pop singer in Owerri.
Speaking shortly after the release of the song, LMG said that the song ‘Once upon a time’ is the beginning of a new era for him, stressing that has come to stay in the industry and not to fade away like many have done.

“God blessed me with this talent and I know He won’t just let me appear and disappear, the consistency will be there and all I want to see is a young man rising from the streets and never coming back to the level he used to be in.
You can hear the chorus, that says ‘rain rain go away, come again another day, cos them boys wan harmer’. The rain could be anything that has been blocking our success in this town, with this song; I don’t think it will rain again when we ought to be doing business”
The song was released online on January 18, 2013 via music and entertainment blogs and was also played on radio stations on the day of its release.
“Online is the best way to get to the majority of music lovers in the country and beyond, few radio stations have played the song especially here in the east, but soon, ‘Once upon a time’ will surely turn a national anthem” He added.
