As the former SA to Governor Owelle Rochas Okorocha on Youth Affairs, Hon. Emma Duru marked his birthday in Ontario, Canada, the event turned out to be a political gathering for the Igbo Community in the American Country.

The event which took place at a Chinese Restaurant in Mississauga Ontario, Canada had his wife, son and others who had come to celebrate with youth activist.

According to Emma Duru who was all smiles, it was another opportunity to appreciate the value of life, be thankful to God and celebrate with friends and family.

He thanked everyone who had come to celebrate with him, as well as all those who sent in their wishes through other means, saying: “I am really grateful and pray that God will bless all of you abundantly”

As the event progressed, it turned into a political gathering as Imolites in Canada threw their weight on Imo State Deputy Governor, Prince Eze Madumere, tipping him to be the  Governor come 2019.

They later formed the organization, Prince Eze Madumere Frontliner (PEMF), with a later date chosen for its launch and inauguration.

Mrs. Nneoma Duru, the wife of the celebrant who is a registered nurse in Canada promised to mobilize all Imolites who are medical practitioners for the cause adding that is worth the effort owing to the personality of Prince Eze Madumere and his gigantic achievements as Imo State Deputy Governor.

Hon. Emma Duru promised the group to deliver their message to Prince Madumere thanking them for their efforts in making his birthday a memorable one.

The birthday was latter wrapped up with a church service at Richmond Pentecostal Church where Pastor William blessed the family and their friends.
