Dear Bro. Fuston,
I have always prayed for a successful man, a man who is God-fearing as my husband, and last year, I got one.
We only courted for two months and wedded, now, I am four months pregnant for him.
I began noticing some strange behaviour in him immediately I moved into his house after our wedding, and this whole behaviour proves that the man I married is a drug addict.

He is not the overzealous type of Christian, but he attends church services whenever he is free and in town, but nothing before now showed that he smokes cigarette, not to talk of sniffing any hard drug.
As it is, I am confused, and do not know how to handle the problem. I have not asked him about it, and wouldn’t know what his reaction will be if I present the matter to him.
I have only told my mother who can do nothing about this situation. You are the second person.
Please advice me on what to do.

Dear Vivian,
I am thinking that you did not look before leaping, and the problem you are facing now is the kind that people who never looked well before jumping into marriage, face.
It appears you are living under the same roof as couple with a complete stranger, the reason why you do not know how to approach him over such an issue that can ruin lives and marriages.
You are already married to him and so, I will not advice you to move out of the marriage, you now have a responsibility of saving him and your marriage from the calamity associated with drug addiction.
The first thing you must do is to approach him mildly presenting the issue, make him know that he sniffs hard drugs.
Seek help from God and experts. It’s only prayers and sometimes, rehabilitation which is carried out by experts that can remove the spirit of dug addiction.
Happy weekend.
